根据生日或者日期 获取 生肖和星座的 Java代码

其中第一个参考了上面的js的代码的做法，获取星座则是直接根据月份做索引，然后根据日期边界判断是本月的星座还是上月的。

有错喔，测试过了吗？
例如：3月28，应该是牧羊座，程序得出的是金牛座。
